Migrant Workers Office (MWO)- Singapore wishes to inform Singapore-based Filipino workers that the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) has announced the conduct of the 2026 Overseas Assessment Program in Singapore. It will be conducted in two (2) batches, venue of the assessment to be confirmed:
Batch 1: July 4-5, 2026
Batch 2: July 18-19, 2026
TESDA has identified the following qualifications in which all interested OFWs may participate:
- Caregiving NC II
- Caregiving (Elderly) NC II
- Health Care Services NC II
- Electrical Installation and Maintenance NC II and NC III
HOW TO APPLY

- Send an e-mail to tesdaoverseas@gmail.com with the following documents:
- Duly accomplished Application Form
- Properly and completely filled-out Self-Assessment Guide of your chosen qualification, which can be downloaded through https://bit.ly/2026TESDASAG;
- Three (3) pieces of colored and passport size picture, white background, with collar and with name printed at the back;
- TESDA Consent Form; and
- Copy of related training certificate or certificate of employment
