MWO-Singapore wishes to inform Singapore-based Filipino professionals that the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has announced that the 2026 Special Professional Licensure Examination (SPLE) for Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) will be conducted  in testing centers in select countries, including Singapore on 28-30 May 2026 (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday).  The venue for the examination in Singapore will be announced at a later date.  PRC will conduct licensure examinations for the following professions/occupations:

  1. The duly accomplished Application Form (generated from the LERIS);
  2. Two (2) passport size  pictures, with white background, and with complete name tag, and;
  3. Prescribed application documents per Board, as enumerated in the Commission’s website.
  4. Applicants shall prepare their physical (hard) copies and original documents for presentation to the PRC delegation Team upon arrival at the testing centers.  The onsite evaluation schedule shall be coordinated by the respective delegation team.
  1. For the Transcript of Records (TOR), TOR without picture or without remarks “For Board Exam Purposes” will be accepted;
  2. A copy of valid passport will be accepted in lieu of birth certificate and valid NBI clearance;
  3. Married female applicants shall be required to submit a marriage certificate
